Receta Chinese Pasta Salad

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce. rotini pasta, cooked and liquid removed
- 1/4 c. Sesame seeds
- 3 c. cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 1/2 c. minced green onion
- 8 c. minced fresh spinach
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tbsp. sugar
Direcciones
- Mix together pasta, seeds, chicken and green onion. Fold in a bowl oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; pour over pasta. Just before serving add in minced spinach. Handy tip: this is a versatile recipe in which you can increase the pasta, decrease the chicken or possibly omit meat all together. Broccoli can also be substituted for spinach. Serves 8 to 10.
