Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. lowfat mayonnaise or possibly lowfat salad dressing
- 1/4 c. light lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp lemon peel grated
- 1/4 tsp Butter Buds liquid
- 1 dsh grnd red pepper to 1/8 tsp

- In small saucepan, combine all ingredients; blend well. cook over medium heatuntil hot. store in fridge.
- microwave directions: in small microwave safe bowl, combine all ingredients;blend well. microwave on medium for 1 to 1 1/2 min or possibly till hot.
- unlike regular hollandaise sauce, this sauce can be reheated in the microwaveon medium for 30 to 60 seconds.
- if the sauce becomes too thick, stir in a small amount of skim lowfat milk till ofdesired consistency.
