Ingredientes
- 1 minced onion
- 1 minced pepper
- 2-3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. soft mustard
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 lbs. chip chop ham
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion and pepper in butter till soft. Add in mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and water. Heat slowly so sugar will not burn. When blended and heated separate chip chop ham and stir into sauce. Don't boil. Keep at low heat to keep hot. This is quick and easy and everyone's favorite to eat.
