Receta Chocolate And Mascarpone Pudding

Ingredientes
- 8 x Large eggs, separated
- 6 Tbsp. Caster sugar
- 12 ounce Mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 pt Fresh coffee
- 1/2 tsp Instant coffee
- 4 Tbsp. Brandy
- 1/4 Tbsp. Run
- 1 x 250 gram pac amaretto biscuits
- 8 ounce Dark chocolate
- 3 Tbsp. Nuts, minced

- Pour fresh coffee and instant coffee into bowl. Add in rum and brandy and mix together.
- Pour biscuits into the coffee mix to soak up. Whisk egg yolks and caster sugar together till fluffy and light. Add in mascarpone cheese gradually to egg yolks. Blend with a whisk.
- Grate the chocolate. Put half the chocolate into the egg mix and whisk. Put a layer of biscuits into a serving bowl, then a layer of egg mix, then another layer of biscuits and build.
- Place in a fridge to refrigerateand set for one hour.
- Take the pudding out of the fridge and sprinkle with crushed nuts and the rest of the grated chocolate.
