Receta Chocolate Bar Cake

Ingredientes
- 7 ounce chocolate bar, broke into pcs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 12-c. fluted tube pan. In a small bowl stir together chocolate pcs, butter and water till chocolate is melted. In large mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients; gradually add in chocolate mix, beating till thoroughly blended. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend well. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50-55 min or possibly till toothpick comes out of center clean. Cold 10 min and remove from pan. Cold completely. Drizzle Vanilla Glaze over top of the cake.
- Vanilla Glaze
- Heat 1/4 c. of butter. Gradually stir in 2 c. powdered sugar, 2-3 Tbsp warm water and 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat with a wire whisk till smooth and slightly thick.
