Receta Chocolate Caramel Fudge

Ingredientes

  • 3 c. (18 ounce.) semisweet chocolate pcs
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk, (not evaporated)
  • 1 dsh Salt
  • 1 c. Minced walnuts
  • 1/2 c. Caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. In saucepan over low heat, heat chocolate pcs with lowfat milk and salt. Remove from heat and stir in walnuts, topping and vanilla. Spread proportionately into foil-lined 8 or possibly 9' square pan. Refrigerate2 hrs or possibly till hard. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut fudge into pcs.
  2. Makes about 2 lbs.
