Receta Chocolate Chip Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. semi sweet chocolate mini morsels
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Cream butter, gradually add in sugar, beating well. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating after each. Add in bananas. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients. Gradually add in to creamed mix, beating till blended. Stir in mini morsels and nuts. Bake in 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan (greased), for 1 hour 10 min. Check with toothpick after 1 hour. Cold in pan 10 min, remove from pan and cold completely on wire rack.
