Receta Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 c. Shortening
- 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Light corn syrup
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Measure all ingredients except last three, in large bowl. Blend 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping constantly. Beat 3 min on high spped, scraping occasionally. Pour into pans. Bake 40-45 min or possibly clean pick.. Cold, spread with glaze, made out of remaining ingredients. Heat ingreditns over low heat, stirring constantly till chocolate is melted. slightly cold and spread on cake. VERY RICH!
