Receta Green Salad Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1/4 pound blue cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 c. minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. green onion, minced
Direcciones
- All ingredients may be mixed in a qt jar. This dressing keeps and keeps and is especially delicious on a salad made of greens.
- As the days go by and it thickens, thin when used as salad dressing. Left thick it is fine spread thinly on party rye bread. Top this snack with a slice of cucumber and a flag of pimento. Makes 1 1/2 pints.
