Receta Country Cornbread Ring

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Margarine
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1 c. Flour
- 2/3 c. Cornmeal
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 3 Tbsp. Corn flake crumbs
Direcciones
- Microwave butter in mixing bowl for 1 1/2 min or possibly till melted. Beat in sugar and Large eggs; blend in buttermilk. Add in flour, cornmeal, baking pwdr, slat and soda; stir just till smooth.
- Butter 5-c. fluted microwave-safe ring mold; sprinkle with 2 to 3 Tbsp. cornflake crumbs. Spoon batter into dish.
- Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 6 to 7 min or possibly till no longer doughy, rotating dish once or possibly twice. Cold about 1 min; invert onto serving plate.
