Receta Chocolate Eclair Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 sm Boxes French Vanilla instant pudding
- 3 c. Cool lowfat milk
- 8 ounce Cold Whip
- 4 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. Softened butter
- 2 tsp Karo syrup
- 1 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Butter 13x9 inch dish. Line bottom with graham crackers. Mix pudding with lowfat milk; add in Cold Whip. Pour mix (1/2) over graham crackers. Add in another layer of graham crackers and remaining 1/2 of pudding mix. Add in one last layer of graham crackers. Chill for 2 hrs.
- Frosting for Chocolate Eclair Cake: Beat above ingredients till smooth.
- Frost and chill for 24 hrs.
