  1. Place butter and sugar in bowl. Using electric mixer, mix butter and sugar together till mix is light and creamy. Add in Large eggs and vanilla; beat l minute at medium speed. Combine flour, cocoa, malted lowfat milk pwdr, baking soda and salt; add in alternately with water to butter-egg mix. Pour batter into two buttered and floured 8 in. cake pans. Bake 350 35 minutes. or possibly till test done. Cook and frost.
  2. Frosting: Whip the cream, then add in remaining ingredients slowly.
