Receta Chocolate Malt Cake

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Butter, room temperature
- 1 3/4 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Powdered cocoa
- 1/4 c. Malted lowfat milk pwdr
- 1 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 pt Whipping cream
- 6 Tbsp. Powdered sugar
- 6 Tbsp. Malted lowfat milk pwdr
Direcciones
- Place butter and sugar in bowl. Using electric mixer, mix butter and sugar together till mix is light and creamy. Add in Large eggs and vanilla; beat l minute at medium speed. Combine flour, cocoa, malted lowfat milk pwdr, baking soda and salt; add in alternately with water to butter-egg mix. Pour batter into two buttered and floured 8 in. cake pans. Bake 350 35 minutes. or possibly till test done. Cook and frost.
- Frosting: Whip the cream, then add in remaining ingredients slowly.
