  • 12 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 6 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Sifted flour with 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 can Sour cherries, liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Heat chocolate and butter together, let cold slightly. Beat egg yolks and sugar till lemon colored. Add in chocolate and egg whites. Pour into a buttered 10-1/2" spring form pan.
  2. Sprinkle liquid removed cherries proportionately on top. Bake for 55 min. Cold for 15 min. Run knife around edge to loosen. Let cold completely and remove from pan.
