Receta Chocolate Volcano Cookies

Ingredientes
- 4 sqr , (4 ounce.) semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 c. Shortening
- 2 c. Sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt Confectioner's sugar

- Preheat oven to 325 F.
- Heat chocolate and shortening in the top of a double boiler (or possibly in a mixing bowl set in a pan of very hot water).
- Add in the sugar. Add in the Large eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Add in the vanilla.
- Mix the flour, baking pwdr, and salt. Add in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir to thoroughly incorporate.
- Refrigeratedough. Roll into small balls, and roll the balls in confectioner's sugar. Place them on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake 10-12 min.
- Don't overbake.
- As they bake, the cookies will spread slightly and the tops will crack.
