Receta Chopped Alaskan Razar Clam Fritters

Ingredientes
- 1 pt clams
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 2/3 c. clam nectar and lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs well beaten Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Drain clams and chop, reserving liquid. Sift dry ingredients together. Combine liquid, Large eggs and clams. Add in to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Drop by Tbsp. into warm fat (3/4 inch deep) in frying pan. Brown on each side. Drain on absorbent paper. Garnish and serve warm, plain or possibly with a sauce.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
