Receta Chow Mein Noodle Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1 x onion, minced
- 2 stalk celery, minced
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 x (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 5 ounce chow mein noodles
Direcciones
- 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- 2 In a large skillet over medium high heat, saute/fry the grnd beef for 5 min. Add in the onion and celery and saute/fry for 5 more min.
- 3 In a separate medium bowl, combine the almonds, rice, soup, water and soy sauce. Mix together well and add in to the beef mix. Place this into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with chow mein noodles.
- 4 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 min.
- Makes 4 servings
