  • 1 can jellied cranberry sauce (16 ounce.) may substitute whole-berry sauce
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp grnd allspice
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Direcciones

  1. Combine cranberry sauce and next six ingredients in a medium saucepan. Stir together flour and water till smooth; add in to cranberry mix. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min, or possibly till thickened and bubbly.
  2. Remove from heat; cold.
  3. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. Serve over a block of cream cheese with gourmet crackers. May also be served alongside meat.
  4. (Makes 2 1/4 c.)
