This is a simple and absolutely delicious stir-fry shrimp dish. I've been looking for something easy and tasty like this. I have a new staple! I used a red chile sauce that we had on hand instead of the sambal oelek, and I added it selectively after stir frying to my husbands and my plates, but not to the kids plates. It was plenty flavorful without the hot sauce and our kids were scooping extra sauce over their rice.

This had an amazing amount of flavor for a dish that takes 10 minutes from start to finish. If you're in the mood for an exotically flavored and easy to make stir fry, then this will definitely be up your alley!

Very, very pretty. I don't care for cilantro (only person on earth who doesn't), so I might switch it out with basil, mint & parsley. Thank you!

I love cilantro and I love shrimp, so I will be trying this recipe.

Awesome recipe! Was in a hurry making it and it still turned out great. Hubby has requested that this be put on the menu often. :)

loved this. What I like about this recipe is that you can switch it up. I added a tad bit of butter (a gotta have for me if there is shrimp and garlic involved ) and some angel hair pasta, also I did not have chile paste so I used red pepper flakes insted....and wow was it yummy

                • Excellent! Everyone in my family loved it-we made it without the chili sauce and added it as needed-very easy, came together in minutes-perfect for a weeknight dinner!

This was great, and fast! I just wish my kids would eat shrimp. I added lemon to mine, it gave it a nice twist. My husband liked it as well, but he gives it 3.5 stars. We ate this over angel hair pasta, excellent.

I can't wait to try this recipe! I have a similar one that has Tex-Mex appeal. Look for it, I'll post it shortly. :)
