Receta Cindy's Salmon With Honey Mustard And Tarragon

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 4 whl salmon steaks 1" thick (1 1/4lbs)
- 4 Tbsp. fresh tarragon minced
- 4 whl tomatoes
- 4 tsp capers
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. water
Direcciones
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the mustard and honey and spread the mix on one side of the salmon steaks. Place the steaks, mustard side up, in a baking pan.
- Sprinkle the salmon with 3 Tb of the tarragon. Top each steak with a slice of tomato and sprinkle with the remaining tarragon. Scatter 1 tsp of the capers over each steak.
- In a small bowl or possibly measuring c., combine the wine and water. Pour it into the pan around (but not over) the fish.
- Place the baking pan with the fish in the warm oven and bake for about 15 min or possibly till it is just cooked through.
