Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Graham wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Melted butter
  • 1/4 c. Sugar, optional
  • 1 lb Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, or possibly more
  • 1/2 c. Flaked and toasted almonds Use unblanched ones,they are Prettier

Direcciones

  1. Crust: Mix together crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350F for 5 min.
  2. Filling: Beat cheese till fluffy. Add in sugar, then beat in Large eggs till very smooth. Bake at 350F for about 20 min, oruntil hard in the centre. (May take 30 min)
  3. Topping: Mix lowfat sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Spoon onto cake. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and distribute nuts over the top. Bake at 350F for 10 min. Cold and chill.
