Name: Cinnamon Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Ingredients: 1 c. margarine (softened); 2 3/4 c. sugar; 2 tsp vanilla; 4 x Large eggs; 3 c. flour; 2 tsp baking pwdr; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp salt; 2 c. lowfat sour cream; 3/4 c. sugar; 2 Tbsp. cinnamon; 1/2 c. minced walnuts

Ingredientes

1 c. margarine (softened)
2 3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp vanilla
4 x Large eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp baking pwdr
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 c. lowfat sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. minced walnuts

Direcciones

Layer 1:In a mixing bowl, cream marg. and sugar till fluffy. Add in vanilla and Large eggs 1 at a time.
Combine dry ingredients together. Add in alternately with lowfat sour cream to sugar mix.
Beat sufficient after each addition to keep smooth. Spoon 1/3 of cake batter into greased tub pan.
Layer 2:Mix all 3 ingredients together.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top off cake batter and repeat layers with the cinnamon on top.
Bake at 350 for 60 - 70 min.
