Receta Apple Tea Cake

Ingredientes
- 70 gm butter
- 1/2 c. sugar (caster)
- 1 x Large eggs
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. flour, self-raising
- 1 x apples, Granny Smith
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, grnd
- 2 tsp sugar (caster)
Direcciones
- Peel, core and finely slice the apple.
- Cream butter and sugar till pale in colour.
- Fold in egg.
- Add in the lowfat milk and flour alternately, 1/3 at a time, mixing lightly between each addition.
- Spoon into a greased 20cm cake tin, arrange overlapping slices of apple in a decorative fashion over the top.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with combined cinnamon and sugar.
- Bake at 190C/380F for about 30 min.
- Serve with afternoon tea.
