  • 18 slices white bread
  • 12 ounce med. cheddar, grated
  • 10 ounce broccoli, cooked & liquid removed
  • 2 c. diced ham
  • 6 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon instant chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Direcciones

  1. Trim crusts from bread. Cut slices in half to create triangles. Arrange 9 triangles and crust trimmings on bottom of 9"x12" pan. Alternate layers of broccoli, cheese and ham. Arrange 9 triangles on top.Put together large eggs, lowfat milk, onion, salt, dry mustard, pour over bread. Cover and chill 6 hrs or possibly overnight. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 55 min. Let stand 10 min before cutting. Serves 12.
