  • 2 x Juicy large carrots, (2 to 3)
  • 1 piece bottle gourd, (1 to 3)
  • 1 x Leaves cabbage, (1 to 2)
  • 1 Tbsp. Cream
  • 1 sm Blob butter Salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Cream whipped smooth, (2 to 3)
  • 1 sm Spri mint

Direcciones

  1. Grate 1 tbsp carrot finely, Keep aside.
  2. Finely chop cabbage, Keep aside.
  3. Pressure cook remaining carrots with bottle gourd until very soft.
  4. Cold and blend in mixie. Strain.
  5. Heat butter, add in the pulp and bring to just about boil.
  6. Add in the grated carrot and cabbage and salt.
  7. Take in serving bowl.
  8. Add in a swirl of whipped cream.
  9. Sprinkle freshly grnd pepper and minced mint before serving.
