Receta Coconut Cream Pumpkin Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. veg. oil
- 5 large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. (16 ounce) pumpkin
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 (3 ounce) boxes coconut pie filling
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 c. flour
Direcciones
- Mix oil, large eggs, pumpkin. Put together remaining ingredients and add in to pumpkin mix. Divide this mix into 9x5x3 inch bread pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour till done.
