Receta Coconut Lime Muffin-Cookies
These are sugar free, yeast free, Milk free, nut free, gluten free.
Ingredientes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 30 packets Stevia
- 1 Tb. salt
- 1and 3/4 cup Quinoa flour
- 1/2 cup Tapioca flour
- 1 cup Quinoa flakes
- 1/4 + 1/8 cup lime juice
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 and 1/2 tsp. Xanthum gum
Direcciones
- Cream coconut oil, butter, and stevia. Add salt and flours. Add eggs, flakes and Xanthum Gum. Add lime juice and coconut last. Measure out heaping tablespoons into muffin tins. Bake 350 until light brown on top crust. About 25 minutes.
