Receta Coconut Walnut Macaroons

Ingredientes
- 2 x egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 c. cornflakes or possibly
- 2 c. Rice bubbles
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 F.Beat the egg whites till stiff peaks form. Gradually and carefully mix in the sugar, honey and vanilla, then the cornflakes, nuts, and coconut.
- Scale tsp. of mix onto a greased baking tray, leaving space in between for mix to spread.
- Bake for 15-20 min and allow to cold on the baking tray.
