Receta Cole Slaw With Golden Raisin Vinaigrette

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Golden brown raisins
- 1 Tbsp. White-wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Grated onion
- 1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
- 2 c. Finely minced cabbage
- 1 x Carrot, grated coarse
Direcciones
- In a small saucepan combine the raisins, the vinegar, the oil, the water, the onion, the mustard, and salt and pepper to taste and boil the mix, stirring, for 30 seconds. In a blender puree the vinaigrette till it is smooth and in a bowl toss it with the cabbage and the carrot.
- Serves 2.
