Receta Corn Muffin Combo

Ingredientes
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole kerner corn, liquid and all
- 1 (16 ounce) can creamed corn
- 2 beaten large eggs
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 T minced green pepper
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Saute onions in butter. fold corn into beaten large eggs. Add in muffin mix to egg mix. Add in green pepper, sauteed onion, butter, salt and pepper. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Spread lowfat sour cream over top. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 40 min at 375 degrees.
