Receta Corn 'N Cheese Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt (10-ounce) Green Giant Niblets frzn corn in butter sauce
- 1 1/3 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
- 1/4 tsp Salt, if you like
- 1 1/3 c. Hungry Jack mashed potatoes
- 2 ounce Shredded cheddar cheese, about 1/2 c.
Direcciones
- Cook corn as directed on package; keep hot.
- Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine water, lowfat milk, margarine and salt.
- Bring to a boil. Remove from heat; add in potato flakes and cheese. Using fork, stir till flakes are moistened. Stir in corn. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
- Cook corn as directed on package; keep hot.
- Place water, lowfat milk, margarine and salt in 4-c. microwave-safe measuring c.. Microwave on HIGH for 4-1/2 to 5 min or possibly till mix boils. Add in potato flakes and cheese. Using fork, stir till flakes are moistened. Let stand 1 minute. Stir in corn.
