Ingredients: 2 c. biscuit mix; 1 c. butter; 1 c. half and half; 1 c. yellow cornmeal; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp salt; 3/4 c. sugar; 2 x Large eggs beaten

Ingredientes

2 c. biscuit mix
1 c. butter
1 c. half and half
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 x Large eggs beaten

Direcciones

Scald half and half cream with butter and add in to combined mixed dry ingredients.Fold in the Large eggs. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350 degrees about 30 min or possibly tested done. allow to stand a few min before cutting.
