  • 1 can whole kernel corn (undrained), 15 ounce
  • 1 can cream style corn, 15 ounce
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 large eggs, well beaten
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients (except corn muffin mix) together. Add in muffin mix. Pour in 9x13 inch greased baking pan. Bake 45 min, 350 degrees. Sprinkle with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese on top. Return to oven, bake 15 min. Serves 4-6.Reheats well in microwave.
