Receta Corned Beef Sinigang
Ingredientes
- 1 can Chunky Corned Beef (Palms is good to use)
- 2 med tomato
- 1 cup string beans
- 4 pcs okra
- 2 pcs finger chilis
- 5 pcs tamarind fruit or 1 pack tamarind based mix
- 3 cups water
- salt to taste
Direcciones
- In a deep pot add all ingredients except corned beef and tamarind.
- Let it simmer until veggies are tender and tomatoes cracks.
- Add the corned beef.
- Simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Add the tamarind mix.
- Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve.
