Receta Corned Beef Stew

Ingredientes
- 1 can (12-ounce) corned beef
- 1 can (15-ounce) sliced white potatoes, liquid removed
- 1 can (16-ounce) tomatoes, cut up
- 1 can (16-ounce) whole onions
- 1 pkt (10-ounce) frzn peas & carrots
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Marjoram
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 2 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Break apart corned beef in Dutch oven. Stir in potatoes, tomatoes (with liquid), onions (with liquid), frzn peas & carrots, salt, marjoram, & thyme. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat & cover tightly.
- Simmer 30 min. Serve topped with cheese.
