Receta Corned Pasta

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil (or possibly veg. oil)
- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 2 c. Minced onion
- 1 sm Green pepper, minced
- 28 ounce Canned tomatoes, with juice, mashed
- 12 ounce Canned kernel corn, liquid removed
- 3/4 c. Water
- 8 ounce Wagon wheel pasta, uncooked
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 c. Sliced black olives (opt.)
- 1 c. Grated medium Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in large saucepan. Add in grnd beef, onion and green pepper. Scramble-fry till onion is soft and beef is no longer pink.
- Add in next 8 ingredients to beef mix. Mix. Cover. Simmer gently for about 8 min till pasta is tender but hard. Stir occasionally.
- Stir in cheese and serve.
