Ingredientes
- 1 c. Minced onion
- 14 ounce Canned minced green chiles liquid removed
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 15 ounce Tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. Chicken broth
- 2 c. Cooked chicken breast chunks
- 3 c. Cooked rice
- 1 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce Cheddar cheese, shredded (divided)
- 1 1/2 c. Crushed corn chips
Direcciones
- Combine onions, chiles, oregano, tomato sauce, and broth in 1-1/2-qt microproof baking dish. Cover and cook on HIGH (maximum power) 10 min; stir after 5 min. Add in chicken; stir. Set aside. Combine rice and lowfat sour cream in shallow greased 2-1/2-qt microproof baking dish.
- Sprinkle with 1 c. Cheddar cheese; pour chicken mix over cheese. Top with remaining 1 c. Cheddar cheese. Cook uncovered on HIGH 5 min.
