Ingredientes
- Red potatoes unpeeled Pam minced onions optional minced green or possibly red peppers optional beef or possibly chicken broth optional
Direcciones
- Cut potato in 1/2 and in 1/2 again then slice spray fry pan w/pamadd sliced potato & spread out proportionately in fry pan let brown then "stir fry" till all the potatoes are proportionately browned & crisp (I like mine crispy so I'll put a cover on the pan to "steam" the potatoes & make sure they're cooked through - stirring them several times before I do the final browning)
