Receta Maple Mustard Country Style Ribs

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg onion sliced 1/4" rings
- 1/3 c. syrup
- 1/4 c. spicy brown mustard or possibly country-style Dijon mustard
- 3 lb country-style pork ribs trimmed of fat, and cut into 3" pcs
Direcciones
- Place onion rings in 3 1/2 or possibly 4 qt slow cooker. In small bowl, combine syrup and mustard; mix well. Spread proportionately on ribs. Place coated ribs over onion. Cover; cook on LOW for a least 8 hrs or possibly till ribs are tender. If you like serve with additional mustard.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
