Receta Crab Cakes Maryland Lady

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Crab meat, Maryland Blue crab
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1 lrg Egg
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dry mustard Margarine, butter or possibly oil, for frying
Direcciones
- Remove all cartilage from crabmeat. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise and seasonings. Add in crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly. If mix is too dry, add in a little more mayonnaise. Shape into 4-6 cakes.
- Cook cakes in fry pan, in just sufficient fat to prevent sticking, till browned; about 5 min on each side. If you like may be deep fried at 350 degrees; 2-3 min.
