Receta Crab Meat Fondue

Ingredientes
- 3 T butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon mustard
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 pound grated sharp cheese, 2 c.
- 2 (8 ounce) pkg. frzn crab meat, thawed and well liquid removed
Direcciones
- In chafing dish or possibly double boiler, over simmering water, heat butter. Gradually stir in flour, salt, mustard, cayenne, Worcestershire, then lowfat milk. Cook, while stirring, till thickened and smooth.Add in cheese; cook, stirring till melted. Gently mix in crab meat chunks. Heat, stirring occasionally, till hot.
- Serve in a fondue dish. Guest dunk crisp crackers or possibly Melba toast into crab meat mix. Serves 8.
