Receta Crab Pasta Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 x (12 oz) package tri-colored rotini pasta
- 1 sm head broccoli, cut into bite-size pcs
- 1 sm head cauliflower, cut into bite-size pcs
- 2 x minced tomatoes
- 1/2 c. minced chives
- 12 ounce crabmeat, or possibly imitation crabmeat
- 1 x (16 oz) bottle oil and vinegar salad dressing
Direcciones
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water till al dente. Drain and rinse. In a large bowl combine the broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, chives, crabmeat and pasta. Pour entire bottle of oil and vinegar salad dressing over all and toss to coat.
- Yield: 6 Servings
