Receta Crab Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredientes
- 13 x cherry tomato
- 1 tin crab, meat
- 1/4 c. minced dill
- 1 pch salt
- 1 pch pepper
- 1 sm block feta cheese
- 1 dsh lemon, juice
Direcciones
- Cut off the tops of the cherry tomatoes, and square the bases.
- Take small melon baller, and scoop out a small bit of the pulp from the inside of the tomato to create a small pocket.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, and stir into a fine paste.
- Take melon baller and scoop a modest amount of the stuffing into each tomato.
- Pack the stuffing into each tomato, being careful not to crush the sides.
- Pre-heat BBQ to medium.
- Place foil on the grill, and place tomatoes on foil.
- Grill/ bake till cheese starts to heat, but don't overcook.
