Receta Cranberry Clafoutis

Ingredientes
- 4 c. fresh or possibly frzn cranberries
- 3/4 c. sugar (1/4 c. + 1/2 c.)
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. dry breadcrumbs
- 1 c. grnd almonds
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 c. apricot jam, heated
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Toss cranberries with 1/4 c. sugar. Pour 1/2 c. of cranberries into 8 ramekins and place on a baking sheet.
- In a food processor, blend remaining ingredients till smooth. Pour over cranberries and bake for 30 to 40 min, till top of gratin is an even golden colour.
- Serve clafoutis hot, brushed with apricot jam.
