- 6 c. thinly-shredded white cabbage (may use pre-shredded coleslaw)
- 2/3 c. dry cranberries
- 1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. soy mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Combine all the ingredients in a serving bowl and mix till well combined. Serve at once or possibly cover and chill till needed.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- Variation: Use 3 c. each red and green cabbage for a more festive look.
