Receta Cream Filled Cupcakes

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. butter flavored Crisco
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. powdered cocoa
Direcciones
- Cakes:Sift dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. add in Large eggs, oil buttermilk and vanilla. Mix for 1 1/2 min. Add in baking pwdr to warm water. Mix again. Pour into muffin tins, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
- Filling:Combine all the ingredients except the powdered sugar and beat for 5 min.
- Cut out a piece of cake from top and insert the filling. Push top back on.
- Optional frosting:Heat butter first and add in the rest of ingredients and stir. Boil 1 min; cold. Beat.
