Ingredientes
- 1 lb dry lentils
- 1 med onion minced
- 1 x clove garlic chopped
- 1 med carrot minced
- 1 stalk celery minced
- 3 c. water
- 1 c. heavy cream salt pepper
Direcciones
- Soak beans in 6 c. of water overnight; drain. Put beans, onion, garlic, carrot, celery, and water to Crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hrs. Stir in cream; add in salt and pepper to taste.
