Receta Cream of mushroom

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs finely chopped onions
- 2 lbs butter
- 8 gallons hot water
- 2 lbs custom gold label mushroom base
- 8 bages custom instant cream soup base
- 12 lbs sauteed mushrooms
- 2 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp nutmeg
Direcciones
- Saute onions in butter and seet aside
- dissolve mushroom base in hot water.
- With wire whip - whip cream soup base into dissoved mushroom base - heat 4-5 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, onions, white pepper and nutmeg - stirring gently
- Simmer 3-4 minutes
