Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Salt
- 1/4 c. minced chives or possibly thin green onions
- 2 tbsp. white cooking wine
- Approximately 12 to 16 med. size shrimp

- Heat butter in saucepan. Slowly add in lowfat milk, flour, spices, lemon juice. Bring to low boil then add in green onions. Simmer 15 to 20 min and pour over shrimp and egg noodles. White cooking wine may be added at 2 Tbsp..
