Receta Creamed Rice ( Firni )

Ingredientes
- 90 gm rice flour
- 450 ml lowfat milk
- 120 gm sugar
- 2 tsp rose water
- 2 tsp flaked almands
- 1 sht edible silver foil (varq) optional
Direcciones
- Mix the fice flour with a quarter of the cool lowfat milk.
- Heat the remaining lowfat milk with the sugar.
- When it comes to the boil reduce the heat and stir in the rice flour mix.
- Keep stirring till a thick batterlike consistency is achieved.
- Remove from the heat and cold to room temperature stirring occasionally to prevent a skin from forming.
- Stir in the rose water and transfer to individual serving bowls.
- Chill till required.
- Just before serving the creamed rice that will have set sprinkle with the almonds and decorate with silver foil if you like.
- A festive dessert perfumed with rose water.
- Serves 4
