Receta Creamed Turkey Supreme

Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce.) cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 6 c. minced, cooked turkey or possibly chicken
- 2 (3 ounce.) cans sliced mushrooms
- 2 (2 ounce.) cans sliced pimentos
- 2 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Saute/fry pepper and onion in melted butter till tender but not brown. Blend soups with lowfat milk; add in sauteed vegetables, turkey or possibly chicken, mushrooms, pimento, and seasonings. Heat slowly about 15 or possibly 20 min or possibly till mix is heated throughout. Serve over toast, in pastry shells, over rice, noodles, or possibly dressing. Serves 12 to 16.
